PAYMENTS
Deposits
- To secure your booking, a £20 deposit is required. In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be non-refundable.
Final Payment:
Final payments can be made in cash or transferred to the bank details provided after the completion of your services.
WIGS AND BUNDLES
For Wigs:
- Please measure your head and provide the measurements in inches.
For Sew-ins
- Please make sure that used hair is washed and cleaned before your appointment.
- Closures and frontals can be re-used however please make sure they are in good condition.
HAIR APPOINTMENTS
When booking please ensure that you choose any add-ons that you require
Hair drop-offs
Once the necessary payment is made, hair can be sent or dropped on to us. The address will be sent via email (info@hairbyfizzy.com).
Late Fee:
If you are running late please ensure you let us know promptly on the number 0758 462 4611
A grace period of 10 minutes will be given in the event of a lateness.
If you are later than the 10-minute grace period you will be charged £15
If you are later than 20 Minutes your appointment may be canceled or you will have to pay £20 extra.
Photos:
We may take pictures of the completed look for social media or promotional use. If you would like to avoid your photo being taken, please let us know.

Covid-19 Protection:
In line with the government guidelines, it is important if you are unwell or have COVID-19 symptoms to not show up to your appointment. Our stylist will also follow protocol and guidelines to keep you safe during your appointment.
Parking:
Street parking is available outside the location. Payment can be made into the account before the appointment or in cash. Please contact us when you arrive.
Cost: £1.20 per hour.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Once you have received your order, we ask that you check and confirm that you have received the unit you have paid for.
Upon inspection, if you are not satisfied, please contact us ASAP so we can arrange a return and refund or exchange.
Unfortunately, if units have been tampered with we will be unable to accept the return. Tampering includes combing/brushing, cutting the lace, installation, adding products to the units, and customisation.
