Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Our return policy allows for 14 days for you to return your purchase to us upon receipt.
For custom wig orders, there is a 24-hour cancellation window before production begins.
Customers must measure their head circumference before ordering a custom wig from our website.
To qualify for a return, especially for our ready-made wigs, the item must be in its original condition: with uncut lace, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Orders with bleached knots are non-refundable and we are not liable for balding resulting from bleached knots.
Damage to lace after use is not our responsibility, and customers must inspect the lace upon receipt for any damage.
Products must not be tried on or removed from the packaging for a return.
All returns must meet the specified criteria due to wig and hair product sales regulations.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns.

DAMAGES AND CONCERNS
Upon receiving your order, please carefully examine the items. If you find any defects, damages, or if you have received an incorrect item, kindly reach out to us promptly. We will assess the situation and take appropriate actions to rectify the issue.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
For a speedy exchange process, simply return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item you wish to receive.
REFUND PROCESS
Upon receiving and examining your return, we will inform you of its status and whether the refund has been authorized. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Kindly bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund transaction.
Please be aware that if your return is rejected due to non-compliance with the specified guidelines, we will not cover the cost of returning the item to you.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
Regrettably, we are unable to accommodate exchanges or refunds for custom wigs tailored to the customer's individual specifications. Our refund and exchange policy exclusively applies to items listed on our website.
Given our status as a small business, we are currently unable to provide complimentary return services, and as such, any associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
